HOW IT WORKS

2. Try them for up to 60 nights
3. If you're not falling asleep faster, sleeping deeper, and waking
up refreshed—email us at support@slumbisleep.com
4. We'll issue a full refund within 2-3 business days
5. Keep the product. No need to ship anything back.

- Guarantee valid for 60 days from date of purchase
- One guarantee claim per customer/household
- Applies to all purchase sizes (30, 90, or 180-night supplies)

7-10 nights. Sleep changes take time, and we want you to experience

another night wondering if it could help. The hassle of returns
shouldn't stand between you and better sleep.
Plus, we can't resell opened sleep strips for hygiene reasons—so
it makes more sense for you to keep them (or share with someone
who needs better sleep).
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Subject: "Refund Request"
Include: Order number and reason (optional but helpful for us to improve)
We'll respond within 24 hours and process your refund immediately.
REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 2-3 business days from our end
- Bank processing: Additional 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
- You'll receive a confirmation email once refund is processed
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Received damaged product? Email us a photo at support@slumbi.com
and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. You don't need
to return the damaged item.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you opted into our auto-ship subscription, you can cancel anytime
before your next shipment by emailing support@slumbi.com or logging
into your account. No penalties, no fees.
